These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "Terms") govern the contractual relationship between KAIZENGLOBALBUSINESS LTD (hereinafter "HAPPYBOX") and any person making a purchase on the website www.happyboxofficial.com (hereinafter "the Customer").

Any order placed on the website implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms.


3. Products

The baby products offered are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, slight differences may exist (photographs, colours, dimensions).


4. Prices

Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) or in the currency selected during checkout, including all taxes, excluding delivery charges.

Delivery charges are specified before order confirmation.


5. Orders

All orders are firm and final after payment confirmation.

HAPPYBOX reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, prior dispute, or product unavailability.


6. Payment

Customers can pay for purchases by credit card, PayPal, or any other payment method offered on the website.

Payment is secured through approved service providers.


7. Delivery

  • Timeframes: Vary depending on destination country (generally between 7 and 21 working days)
  • In case of delivery delay, HAPPYBOX will inform the Customer by email

Any customs duties or import fees remain the Customer's responsibility.


8. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

In accordance with Consumer Contracts Regulations (UK), Customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the order.

At HAPPYBOX, we extend this period and accept returns up to 30 days after product receipt.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition and complete packaging
  • Return costs are the Customer's responsibility, except in case of our error (defective or incorrect product)
  • Once the return is validated, HAPPYBOX will process the refund within a maximum of 30 days using the same payment method used for the order

9. Liability

HAPPYBOX cannot be held liable for any indirect damage related to the use of products sold.

In case of delivery problems or defective products, HAPPYBOX's liability is limited to product refund or replacement.


10. Personal Data

The information collected is necessary for order management and service improvement.

It is processed in accordance with UK GDPR (Data Protection Act 2018).
