At HAPPYBOX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your baby products purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your current item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period (EU & UK Customers)
If your order is shipped to the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
